Not an issue at all, as ST will tell you too. I know this from ST and the years he's used it, plus my own personal experience too. Sorry, had to jump in and say that. Also, although I'm not a chemist, I do know a good bit of information about this solvent. But ST is more of the real world pro.

I have been using 10-25% xylene depending of the boost level for over 2 years now no issues to report.

Mixed with 92 pump gas? What octane do you shoot for with that kind of boost?

Here is a very good thread I found. I remember talking about this, and enjoyed the thread. It should shed some light and address some questions for you. I think has had the most "real world" experience with Xylene on the 951 board, as far as I know. So listen to what he says, but also, please take notice to page # 3, where a guy named "formerGMguy" is a chemist and also shares his views too.

The needed octane rating mostly depends on the ignition tuning.

Default 600 RWHP By 2006 - Any Updates?

Tool: So what's the story? When do you think that you are going back to the dyno? Are you going there with only changing out the turbo, or, are you changing other mods too? And oh, do you have enough xylene too?

soon......

Engine now makes over 360 HP at 12 psi,.......REAL 360.
This is not even INTO the efficiency zone of this turbo - so 700 plus now looks more and more possible with each test.

I am not going to tell you it is easy, my engine is 100% perfect and takes BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIG effort to run a reynoldswrap, paper-mache lump at this power, trust me.

ST, give it up. Tell them that the 951 is gone and S2000 is sitting in its place... It's a real shame the 951 only made 330hp at 40psi LOL

Ok, did Ijust read this right? I am at a Kinkos now for I am mobile and not home, so I dont have all night to type this. Did I just read that you see that 700 RWHP or BHP (Im not gonna asume, thats why I want you to clarify) looks "possible?" Either way, I just want to see that 600 broken before the end of the year. You better keep your promise, or we all may start to loose some faith in the Spinach Man. Also, let me ask one more time pal for you didn't address it in your response. Are you only changing one variable, and that is this new Spinach turbo, or other things too?

EDIT: He called me on my cel and said I was smoking crack. He said 700 BHP, not RWHP. Just thought I would share that. Go get em Tool!!
