I'll have my girl go with me with a stop watch unless someone has a better idea.
Contact Jean on the 993tt board , he will loan you the AX 22 with instructions/advise and will be happy to reveal the data .

BTW, the Enzo IS almost twice as fast as a stock 993tt, not a misprint.

I'll give this a try........my car wasnt runnign well when that last thread was up so never gave it a shot........unsure how to do the timing though but I guess without having to shift (60 to 100) that could free up one hand to run a stopwatch or just keep track of the second hand on my watch............Juan......I think counting seconds in your head just isnt going to cut it..........

Default Some rpm and speed numbers for gear selection

This will also tell us who's car spools well in a real world situation.

So 3rd gear, ease up to 60mph, then floor it until 100. For most should be right at redline give or take.
Using the factory given numbers 60 mph and 100 mph are 3974 and 6623 rpm in 3rd and 2941 and 4902 rpm in 4th. So staying in 3rd is pushing the red-line a little on standard engines and it would be a lazy turbocharger that cannot build the needed boost at 3974 rpm. Btw, 125 mph (200 kph) is 6127 rpm in 4th.

yeah, i got about 15 seconds from 60-130, so i think my numbers are a bit off, cuz a 993tt is only a few seconds ahead of that.......

anyone that's lightweight and willing to man a stopwatch, i need your assistance

roger- we gotta get together on some open roads and do some testing of near stock vs nowhere near stock.

Stopwatches, Video's, G-tech's, speedo's are pointless measurement attempts, only the AX 22 will make it accurate.

Ok for those of you that are up it's 5:15am here. Just got back. It's about 85 degrees out. I'm 2,000 ft above sea level. Little less than half a tank. To keep things in perspective, I did it at only 1 bar which is why I'm a bit depressed. Here's what I did...

60-100mph in a tick or two over 5 seconds. Third gear.

80-130mph in eight flat. fourth gear.

100-150 in 17 flat. fifth gear.
