Hello Duke...

when you install the T56 tranny in your M3, do you have to cut out any body part ? your M3 is soo cool that I just can't get over it...

Simply amazing, it's such a cleanly built car.

The M3's big brother and a fine example of Scandanavia's scary cars --> www.vsmotor.no check the vids.

Ya know, you see cars like that with crazy hp like 14xxbhp on a 3.9l inline 6, and its just weird that with all the hardcore Porsche guys, we don't see hardly ANY Porsches running over 1000hp. I'm sure there must be a few 911 variants, but I've never heard of any 4cyl or even 8cyl P-car push past 700hp. Bob Devore did 7xx on a N/A 928 many years ago, but then nobody has beaten that or come close, even with forced induction...
And looking at the size of the turbo on that M5 and then the one in my garage, I'm definitely using it on my 951! Its a smaller turbo, and whenever I get extra cash and extra time, I'm just going to fab up a custom intake (no choice with that big ****) and a few other necessary pieces and see what numbers I get.

They say 'its all in the tuning', but the 700+ hp 928 was back in the day when we didn't have stand-alone management like we do today... This crap makes my brain hurt, I need a beer :^).

Default DOOM 951

I recently heard of a "Doom Series" 951 I think it had something to do with a 3.4 liter motor pushing past 1000bhp if I'm not mistaken. Anyone care to chime in?

I know the ultimate owner of the "doom" 951. It had a TRIPLE K turbo
Never made any REAL power and certainly no dyno.

Another 300 HP hyped fairy-dust 951 that blew up in a few minutes.

And when I tell you these things, you can believe that they are true.

Strange, I heard that it made over 1000 rwhp on the dyno. Is this all BS?

Here is the website for the builders of the e30 with the turbo s38 originally posted about: http://www.pure-pf.com/

Andreas knows what he is doing with BMWs, and his word might as well be gold in reference to anything forced induction bmw.

Courtesy of Excellence: Article It's a PDF so make sure you have Adobe. That was a Norwood built car, although not the Doom car. It makes 600hp, although I've heard it had a lot of problems. The Doom II 968 motor based car put out more power and was far faster. Doom I was a s/c 911 3.6l motor apparently.
