I believe one could file a formal complaint with the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center).

I cant believe the turby thread awhile back "im baaaaack" was real. Holy shiet I thought someone was playing a joke.

And now he is back up to his old **** again. Im soooo surprised. Unfortunately when it comes to police unless its a crime worth alot of money or publicity if you want it solved you kinda have to do the work for them. I have all the respect for police in the world but, lets face it the system they work on is flaud in a big way.

Hence is back out and doing the same thing all over again just a few months later. This is truely sad and pisses me off to no end.

Turby is a Tard which is good that means that he can be caught easy.

Hell, I get under my hood today and the freaking lid is off the oil filler laying right beside the fill tube. I know I checked the oil last weekend and remember putting the cap on.

I figure, considering I am on a Air Force Post, I am Army, senior ranking, drive a Porsche,and normally don't have a problem with the ladies that some punk when I am not looking will do some **** to it. And I will fix it, get over it, and give a **** less later on!

Honestly, for all I know some Tard punk could have jacked the hood open when I was at work and did it. I honestly, I leave the windows down enough for it to happen. It gets hot as hell here.

One thing, if you steal an American Car in Germany, it is hard to do much with it. American Porsche VIN's are real rear over here! And the cars stand out they look different.

There was some Tard in **** gold color SRT-4 Neon hanging out at the post office when I came out. This car looked like something my Newborn sons leaves for my wife in his diapers. Windows tinted and crap, tard revs the motor when I walked by. I was thinking to myself. What a Tard a Neon is some **** my grandma would own and drive.

When it comes down to it each to their own taste, but I am in no mood for post office motor revv's.
