My mistake, 31 Ravine Rd, is actually on the south side near the west end of Ravine Rd, in the heavily treed lot on the curve in the road. If you have Google earth loaded on your computer unzip the attachment and double click on the *.kmz file (it's like a bookmark for google earth).

Ebay doesn't care about Seller fraud, they get paid by sellers. if you tell ebay the guy is a theif and the part may be stolen, they will not do anything at all.

Ebay was recently sued (sure it happens a lot) they were not held accountable. It was looked at the same as the local newspaper allowing fraud classified ads. They are not liable - buyer beware applies to the internet more than any other marketplace in history.

I have to make a refined stance on this whole mess.
-I don't have any proof or first hand information that proves that he is guilty of what we think he is. I also don't have any proof that his parts are stolen.
-My information on the Rolex 951 theft is second hand information, and others know a lot more than I do.
-Morgan Kipper was dealt with by the law and is not in jail now, so his guilt or innocense is not mine to decide in a court of public opinion.
-I was pretty freaked out to instantly recognize the house he lives in as the one from the news. I did not have the nuts to confront him there on my suspicions. I just wanted to get out of there. The wheels in question are just as described, but painted silver.
-He told me his name was Jim, and it isn't...

From the news videos I identified Rolex's car in his posession seeing many one off parts on the motor, and the car was obviously chopped. From that evidence alone...in my book he is guilty of possession of stolen goods and intent to traffic stolen goods whether or not he actually stole the car himself.

He is out of jail, from his arrogant postings in "I'm baaack," pratically bragging about having spent 8 years in jail, and the recent reported activity, my opinion is that he has no intent on changing.

If you want to put him out of business you are going to have to be very careful of whom you get your parts from.

Makes it very difficult for those honestly parting out cars they legally own.
