What size are those wheels? Are they the late offset or early? I have always seen then and wondered what the specs and info was on them.

Those were early offset wheels made by Kinesis. They were the 968 turbo or turbo cup style. NLA. Kinesis informs me that they will be reproducing those and the Supercups again soon, using a true 17" and 18" centers

What size are those, they kinda look like mine, but mine are 16"

With the right offset, you can fit pretty big wheels.

They are 17x8.5 front, 17x10 rear. The centers are the same, but mine have the adaptive 17" wheel halves. You can buy just the wheel halves to make them into 17's just like mine
