want a fast(ish), fun, reliable car that out handles a (non track prepped) 951 in your 20K price range? get a used S2000.
Want to do it cheaper? buy a GSR, with a little suspension work and engine work, still sitting at 10K you have a car thats going to leave any stock turbo S in the dust on track.
Think about the 951, calling for mods and how you shouldn't be buying mods for it...

I had brought my BMW, into a German repair shop 6 yrs ago. Three yrs. in a row I had brought the car in this shop to get repaired....
After complaining to the Owner that the up keep on this car was killing me, he said,

Ed, it's not so much the reliability, it's the fit and finish... American cars that we've owned, blew more than a cheap hooker... The japanese cars, the fit and finish didn't cut it for me.... Well, then again, my Maxima did run for a while with dead lifters and probably much worse done to it... but hey, that was at 180,000 miles...but I gotta keep it in the family...
