How about going to a stainless gasket.

Here's some other gasket options for a TiAL 38mm.

Left - included from TiAL, center - stainless, right - metal fire ring

You don't need a gasket on the input side. Really. That’s the way it is made - the valve seat 'floats', so as long as the mating surface is flat don't use a gasket - especially the fiber one.

I saw that on another thread, I'm thinking of trying the no gasket method once my 38mm Tial arrives next week. So, no gaskets at all?... thanks,

The stock gaskets typically fail during track use - especially the input side. I would use the exhaust side gasket only.

chris, is this also true for the 46mm gasket? There is none obviously on the inlet side, but on the outlet side i just have the tial square gasket. As the car is going to see lots of track, will this gasket hold up? Any way to treat it to imporve it?

The outlet side is not pressurized so it is not an issue. When the inlet side leaks it will self destruct quickly because of the hot pressurized gasses.
The exhaust side is fine with the stock gasket.
