I ended up using M6 x 10 x 1.0 pitch. As far the weld around the fan switch hole, mine was not to bad. I ended up leaving it, kept the gasket on the base of the fan switch and then putting some pipe dope on the threads. So far, no leaks. My car is track only, so no road testing. I have only brought it up to temp in the garage. Time will tell. Fingers are crossed. If I was going to grind it, I have a small 2" disk pneumatic grinder that I would have used. It seemed like a pain in the ***, because my temptation would be to put the fan switch in to keep debris from getting in the hole. Then of course you run the risk of nicking the threads, so you would be inclined to go chase down some kind of bolt or plug to thread in and prevent the crap getting in. Of course than you have to find something that size, metric etc. pain in the ***.

Thanks everyone, I'm just disappointed the group buy didn’t turn out like the last one. Everything seemed to relatively smooth on the last one, and nobody seemed to have any problems with the radiators. I saw one up close before my buddy installed his, and it was flawless. Our's - not so flawless. Still - like you said, they aren’t big problems, but I wish there would have been no problems at all.
I have yet to get around to installing mine. This past week was crazy busy with contacting a job recruiter and I had an interview. It went well, so I am pretty happy about that, we'll see what happens in the next few weeks. I may be moving to Holland, MI sometime in the near future!
Glad most everyone seems to be happy overall with the purchase. Hopefully even though they don’t look the best, I hope they still perform like Griffin quoted.

The temp switch well looks like a simple fix I could do here but if there is a future problem with it I would have screwed my warranty.
Makes as lovely pencil holder..

Well, I finally installed the radiator tonight. It took me three hours, and no leaks. I installed the m10 1.0 bolt with a one piece rubber washer with a metal jacket and it worked fine for the drainage bolt. As for the temp switch, I screwed it on with the supplied gasket and it worked fine. Kevin recommended the 6mm 1.0 x 10mm length bolts for the installation of the fans. I pulled the fans and radiator from the top. Reno

I don't need mine right away so it's going back to get fixed.
I ordered this "just incase", and it wouldn't surprise me if by the time I actually have to use it the warranty will be long gone.
Has anyone flushed theirs before the install?

I actually had mine waiting for me when I came home today. Really suprised as hell hasn't completely frozen over yet.
I don't have any real complaints with the build quality. I think it should work fine.

Amazingly enough, mine also showed up today. Also no real issues with build quality. Could have been a bit nicer and a gotten here a lot quicker but it will do the trick.
Thanks for organizing the buy Matt, I'm sure this was a tough one.

Obviously some of the welds could have been prettier, but I wasn't expecting SFR welds anyway. I don't see anything that looks like it will fail prematurely on mine. My thermoswitch threaded area has enough of a flat flange surface to seal. I might try using a bit of permatex hylomar proactively on it if it looks like the flange won't seal there. The other smaller one is raised and I see no reason why that wouldn't seal. If any fitment issues arise I'll post about them.
Again, it could have been made a bit nicer overall, but this is about 1000% better than the heinous, oversprayed, hacked up and beat to hell one I'm pulling out. Damn previous owner.
