Nothing here, I was charged May 10. I'm going to try and call them Monday...keep your fingers crossed, if I learn anything I'll certainly share.

I spoke to someone in sales on Friday.
After some pleading, she agreed to check where the rads were in the manufacturing process.
The rads are being processed batch style and are about half way through. Although there are only a couple of steps left, she has no idea when these will happen. These could be as quick as a week or who knows when....... I'll be calling again on Tuesday to try and get a better answer.

Thanks Overboost, guess I'll just wait to hear what else you come up with.
I tried to come up with the name of the president of Griffin a few weeks ago, just to document for him the sorry state of communication (or lack there of) that has existed with 25+ customers and $12k worth of orders. I wasn't able to track the name down, if anyone knows please share and I'll do my best to present a non-emotional, factual account of our experience.
This is a classic case of how just a litte bit of regular communication could have gone a long, long way.

Just spoke with Griffin about it and my radiators, and a lot of the others, were over in the weld area. The guy I spoke with said it usually takes a few days to get them out the door once they’re in the weld area and he suggested I follow up with him on Wednesday because he has to go out there and take a look. A few of them were still in the “stack” area but he said they’ve been bombarded with orders and calls this spring and had a large Mitsubishi order as well. The phones kept cutting out because of a storm that they were having right now so I’ll call on Wednesday and get another update.

Hey Everyone,
Sorry I've been MIA for a while. I'm at home now, and we have dial-up Internet. So its tough to get the time to sit down and get on here, as the Internet is slow.
I was just going to check up and see how everyone's orders are doing? I think a few people posted and said they got their radiators, and that’s great. Mine was sitting on my front porch today at lunchtime when I got home. I was super excited about that. The radiator looks great. Now I actually have to find time to tear apart my car and do the A/C delete, and install this new radiator. Hopefully it's not too difficult, I want to get the car back on the road as soon as I can!
Let me know if anyone has yet to receive their radiators, and I'll call Griffin tomorrow and check and see if all of them have been shipped.
Thanks guys,
Matt
