Default KLR Chip with Vitesse ?

The Vitesse chip-board does not come with a KLR chip. It just occurred to me that I'm still running an Autothority KLR chip in the KLR. Does it matter what chip is in the the KLR with the Vitesse setup ? I'd like to put the stock chip back in the KLR and sell my Autothority Stage 2 chip set...

Same here. I put the OE KLR chip back in, doesn't matter as long as some chip is plugged in. Now I have a set of Welts and Authority I can sell.

You'll want the stock chip if you are running the Vitesse set up. The boost is no longer controlled by the cycling valve which was actuated by the KLR. You are running some type of manual/electronic boost controller right?

Speaking of, Steve, how is your car doing these days? Ready for a rematch?

Regards,
With your newly rebuilt tranny? I bet the General Sherman just screams now!!!

I am fabricating my own boost pressure tester to nail down that elusive leak. Once I can get it all the way up to 15 or 16 psi I'll give you a shot. Well, maybe 4th and 5th gear only!

Yes, I have a MBC and the cycling valve has been removed completely.
