Ok guys, new plan. Since so many people are backing out due to participation in the PCA event, I say we just meet at MSR and watch the fun from Jake's balcony. He's already confirmed that he's more than willing to let us watch. I say meet there about an a half-hour or so before the events start and watch for a little while. Then we can decide if we want to all drive somewhere to eat. If we don't, then we at least got to talk and chill while watchin some P-cars have some fun. Thanks guys!

Okay, what's the date and time and how do we get to Jake's Balcony?

IMO, Macaroni Grill has gone down-hill. There is a much better place in the Grapevine area called Carrabba's that is absolute tops.

I'd be interested in going to MSR and watching the action and then getting some food. What are the exact details of the event?

What date are we talking about now? There's a Club Race at MSR on May 27-29. We can watch, but trying to time a particular race or track session might not be that easy.We could hang out for an hour or two on Saturday and catch at least a couple of warm up sessions or maybe a sprint race. The enduro wouldn't be till Sunday.

Carrabba's sounds good, but how about we stop at their Hurst location instead of Grapevine? It's on the way to Grapevine, and that would save some of us the extra drive up North just to drive back after eating.

That sounds fine to me, I just suggested the Grapevine location because we were talking about other places in that area.

We're talking this weekend aren't we? Maybe want to do something again in May. Somebody needs to make a definite plan. Bonestock, make the final decision and post the date, time and place so that we can all plan accordingly.

I think meeting up beforehand somewhere local is better than meeting at MSR. That way we all get to drive down together. How about we just make a plan for Carabba's in Grapevine at noon on Saturday, then drive down to MSR to watch whichever events will be going on when we get there? Also, are wives/gf's allowed? I think mine wants to watch some of the events with me and it will make it easier for me to be away that long (I've been gone a lot lately due to work so a Saturday out all day is not something that will fly very well).

I'm out. We are putting our house on the market and I have to help my wife with projects to get it ready. I've been bustin my *** to get the car ready and now she is pissed because I've been spending all my time doing that instead of working on the house. Kind of a Catch 22.

Funny Story. Bonestock951S (Darwin) and I happened to meet at the Fry's in Arlington tonight. He saw my car parked while I was in the store, and the car next to me backed out while he was driving around so when I came out so he parked next to me. When I came out I see this beautiful 951S silver rose parked next to me and a guy looking at both the cars! Anyway, it was good to run into you Darwin. Your car is very nice. Hopefully we can gtg sometime before you head back to IRAQ.

Haha, hey danny, funny story. I'm goin to my local frys to visit a friend. I'm drivin around the parking lot, lookin at all the cars like I usually do, when I see this gorgeous red 951 sitting there. I noticed a car parked next to him and I was bummed, but when the car pulled out I quickly swung in there just so see the two cars together. As I'm walkin in, this guy comes out and gives me a look that said "Hey, nice car" so I new it was him. Anyways, Danny, nice to meet ya, and beautiful car. Sorry everything fell thru on the GTG, too many things went haywire, and what do ya know, my dad finally got DSL at his house. LOL. G'night ya'll!
