Default Any intrest in this Aluminum Radiator?

I got this radiator http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=8027950432
but decided not to change out my good one right now. I could use the money, so I'll just get another one later. Asking $200 plus shipping. First PM gets it.

Its listed as fitting an '83 -'87 turbo. That doesn't make a lot of sense, as the early NA's use a different radiator than the '86 - '89 turbos. Can you confirm what it really fits?

Regards,

PM sent.

Including the above question. If it fits my car I want it.

I have the same one... It takes some persuading to get it in and a couple mods to the coolant lines, but I got it to fit. It is good if you want/need a bigger radiator. It is bigger than stock and is not a direct bolt in.

I got the radiator from someone that bought it for his '86 turbo, so I wasn't the direct buyer. It looks to have all right connections and mounting points when compared to my stock radiator. Anyone know what the differance would be?

Thanks Chris for the first hand feedback. It looks like a quality part.

It is pretty nice... It is quality... I think the upper right hand (looking at the pic) nipple is too small to fit the stock hose. I just ran 2 brass 90's and my own hose over to the coolant tank. I made some new brackets to hold the radiator in place (I didn't know what I did with my old mounting hardware - don't know if you could still use the stock mounting hardware or not...). I can take pics if anyone needs them...

hey, I bought the exact same radiator from the same guy on ebay. I had to replace one fitting on the top because it was too small. no problem, got the right one at home depo for 75cents. had to cut down all the radiator hoses a bit because its a little thicker. also had to put a few rubber spacers under the radiator to get it in the adjustment range for the to rubber clamp bolt. other than that it works great.
