Default Wanted - Koni struts as cores

Need a pair of Koni 951 stock or M030 struts. They can be leaky, but must be straight and unmodified/uncut/unbutchered. Need them as cores only, so must be rebuildable.

Thanks!

Thanks for the offer, but they have to be Konis. Paragon has them rebuilt.

The mod to put the cartridges is really pretty simple. I did my 968 towers and will be doing my turbo's in a month or so.

I agree. Trouble is I have Bistein Turbo Cups on at present, so no Koni struts to rebuild.

Thats why I'm looking for an old pair of Konis to use as cores.

You don't like your Bilsteins?

The Bilsteins have been fine, but this is an unusual situation. I've won the 944SuperCUp series twice now. The 2005 season was seriously close racing, with three guys winning races and setting track records.

The front runners are getting serious about beating me this year, and fitting spendy multi-adjustable setups from Moton, Penske, and Leda. I have a setup plan that should be able to win against these, and it includes double adjustable Konis. I have them on the way from Paragon, but I owe Jason a set of old Konis as cores.

I have Koni cores cut, drilled, and primed ready for final painting... but I'm not sure that's what you're looking for?

I'm not exactaly sure either. I have my stock 86 951 struts coming off as we speak. Will they work for you as cores? They came with sealed Boge strut inserts.
