spindles question
I would like to swap my 86 spindles for the late offset 1987 and up. Is it going to affect my camber?, will the 87 spindles bolt on into my A-arms or do I need to change my A-arms. What about the rears is it a PITA job.

Thanks Olli, it seems that the 87 spindles are much bigger. The reason why i want to change them is because I want to use the late offset wheels. Can I use spacers safely instead of changing the spindles?

Yes, spacers will work just fine. I was going to do a spacer set up but i decided it wasn't worth it for me. I have the spacers needed for the rear wheels if you decide to go for it.

Edit: Lart i think that the bottom one is the 87+ spinndle. The larger one is a 86'

No, you need spacers all around. The rear needs 28 mm spacers (i have 27 mm) and the front needs some smallers one. There is a website that Danno made that has all of these spacer sizes and what you need. Whos got it?
Also 10.5 inch wheels might be a push in the rear. Largest i have seen put back there with out modification is 10. 9.5 up front will be a squeeze too.

Ian, I am trying to fit the wheels on the picture to my 86" 951. They are ccw's 9.5 front and 10.5 rear. I wonder if it can be achieve.

About the tires, do you think I can fit the ccw's with spacers without rolling the fenders? Do you want to buy the cup 1's, they are bling bling
