Hey Guys,
Thanks for the advice. Guess what, Found a huge vacuum
leak but did not show when pressure testing. The problem
is the damm Brake Booster is leaking at the seal.

Jay,
No, i just removed the brake booster hose.
Yes, space it tight, and i used a very long, yet thin, screw driver and pryed out the check valve.
Thing is, it broke while doing do, but it didn't matter to me, since i had a new valve and was going to replace the old one.
The seal just pops out, but when you compare it to the new seal, the old one got distored from age and heat. The new seal will never fit right, you add some lube on the seal (i used some spit on my fingers and ran that around the seal) and it should slide in with some pursuation.
Then add some more lube (spit) inside the seal where the check valve goes to held the check valve fit on the seal.

Hey Special,
What's it like to be daddy ? Yup glad that I did'nt waste my cash
a 02. What eluded me was that with the check valve inline, when
you pressure test the intake, leaks on the brake booster side does'nt show-up.
BTW when I had my kid I was there besides my wife during delivary.
Talk about slippery. My little princess just slided out when the doc said give
it another push. Now that was quite an experience

Jay,
Yes, spit, i didn't want to use any oil or lube that could get into the booster/vacuum hose and ruin something.
Anything would work i guess, the point is to make the seal slide in.
Note: Our food is fine, nothing extra!
