Been looking for, and found, a pair of used 968/Turbo-s M030 spindles. However, the $450 price tag seems awfully high to me. What should I reasonably expect to have to pay for these guys?

 

With or without hubs? That's a nice deal, I'd grab them.

That's not a terrible price, especially if you're ready to make the change and are tired of looking.

Check out the thread on the racing board about hubs, there are two billet assemblies out now that are quite nice and don't break like the stockers.

Yup, thats the going rate. $650 new per spindle...yuk

 

$450 for spindles is a great price. Going rate if you can find them for spindles and hubs is $800-$900 or more.

 

Don, I sold the ones of JLemms car for $850/pair.

 

The price goes up a bit more, and it might be a good time to sell the few sets I have

 

I recently sold a set of 89 T S spindles and hubs, including a pair of calpiers needing rebuilt for 1k. I suppose that was a "buddy" price.

Factory hubs however are over $900 each and not many people want to change them out unless they need to. My idea had always been to design a hub that will give significantly more life then the factory unit at a very good price and at $375 each I believe I have done that.
