The problem was not just the height but also the helper spring on the M030 rear shock which added additional height. It came out pretty nice. Here are some pics.

I just replaced my torsion bars with 27mm ones and had to reindex them a couple times to get the height correct. The instructions are great on the Clarks-garage site, but I will add that if you are only reindexing you do not have to disconnect the rear brake lines nor the axle shafts (may have to do the driver side one with an aftermarket exhaust). This will save you a few hours of cursing.

came out nice!?came out awsome more like.i am wanting to reindex both my 944 and 951 because of the high rear end,looks ugly IMO.great looking car you got there Raj.btw,great tip Mike.
