Default OT; my obsession......

Like most of you guys here, and am borderline obsessed with my car. I bought a new "jumpsuit", or 1 pc mechanics suit, for working on my car when I decided a few Porsche related patches would be nice........ 40 Porsche related patches later, like this one http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWN%3AIT&rd=1 and almost $300 bucks..... I am banning myself form Ebay.

I don't understand at all what you mean by obsession??
This seams like totally normal behavior to me.

Let me get this straight, are you trying to say that everyone doesn't log onto Ebay everyday and search "Porsche 944?" Sometimes I even search "Porsche 951," but I try to save that for special occassions.

That's nothing. I go to a fancy restaurant on a pier on the chesapeake bay and ask for a table with a view of the parking lot. To keep an eye on my 951 of course.

So when do we get to see a picture of your cover-alls?

Marc

Yea, I understand...I have been fixing many different problems on my 951 (front engine reseal, new belts,, cracked exhaust header, leaky PS lines, turbo, fuel vapor leak etc.) and now the car is mechanicaly perfect with 67k miles.I guess obsession finaly cought up wit me and I decided to replace the main and the return fuel lines and injector seals.I just ordered them from 944online for $180 (OEM).I was having nightmares about my car burning up...I hope you did it long time before investing in the badges.
