The most economical solution which lasted me few years in a track environment..
Get some fuel injection fuel lines rated at over 60-70psi (the higher the better). Remove the stock limes and replace with the newly purchased ones. For added safety, get some of the heat resistant sleeving to go over the hoses.. I use the orange/red color sleeves.

Most people have suggested Pauerman's SS lines. At $140 they are not the cheapest but the quality is top notch I have heard. I will be buying a set this summer for my car

Be careful with the stainless lines. We used to make them and they were great for NA cars but there were some problems with the turbos. The higher exhaust temps that are found in the Turbos would radiate directly up to the lines and the stainless braid would hold in the heat. That is why we moved to a fire retardant textile line vs. the stainless option.
Its not as flashy but much better on the safety side.

This info all comes at the right time for me, also. Last week I smelled fuel, found the crimped original fitting on the supply line dripping gas onto the intake manifold. These old lines have to go. Thanks to all for the advice.

Here's a simple comparison:
Hose clamps vs. AN fittings & adapters that use compression bite rings.
Hose attach points relocated to the inside of the wheel well.
Coming out of the wheel well, the fuel line kit directs the hoses in a more vertical position instead of the hoses being pointed towards the exhaust manifold. The bend in the hard lines coming through the whell well is eliminated.
With lines routed towards the rear of the cam tower, the stainless lines holding heat is argueable.
There are other hose options.
