Kinda bummed today as my 951-S has just turned 40K (miles that is)...... it gets further and further from "new" every weekend when I get to drive it..... I know I shouldn't sweat it but we are aging....of course, the car appears to be aging more gracefully than I.

Make it a garage queen. That's infinitely more satisfying. No, wait a minute, that sucks much worse. But we can sympathize. Mine has a lot of miles on it and it's still much batter looking than I am. Or ever was

My 88 951S just turned 90k. It will be put away when the salt the roads. I enjoy driving it more than looking at it, hence it is no garage queen I use it daily on my commmute to work. Besides I'm not "saving" it for anyone but me.

I wonder who has the most miles and is still running strong. I think I recall seeing someone from CT with something like 225,000, but I could be mistaken.
I'm only at 126,000

Just went on a 5 day trip, work and play. Put on about 1500 miles and now I'm up to 135,000. I want to keep the miles down as much as possible but I can't help myself. I love to drive my Porsche!
