1.) Ted: Thanks for the support and comments.
2.) Can this thread get back on track now, please? And Lart, no pics!
3.) RKD in OKC: I want to comment about your post. It was, "Cool beaners on the test drive with the new EMS. Sounds like you are doing the happy dance for sure. You guys still doing Before 'n' After new turbo dyno runs? I know it's a hassle, but it sure would be interesting to see the before to compare the difference between MAF tuning and Chip tuning with the same turbo. You just gotta get a couple a Dynojet pulls done for us before ST gets and pops in that new spooler!"
First off as I said, the way my car drives in "every aspect" is night and day. You can't even begin to compare to the way it used to drive. John's EMS products came right out of the box with the A/F being about 95-97% dead flat. It is incredible!! As far as I'm concerned, no one can touch those products, so kudos to John for his work. ST then tuned it a little bit and got it near perfection, just after 2 datalogs. How's that sound? For me, no more countless hours and hours of driving/datalogging/tuning at various PSI levels. John's system will keep the A/F perfect regardless of whatever PSI you run. That in itself is worth its weight in gold!
Now about the before and after comment. In a perfect world, we would test one variable at a time and be able to get "empirical data"; as several people are always looking for. Unfortunately, I dont have the time nor money to test every single product; let alone I'm an end user not a vendor trying to market products. As I stated in the beginning of this thread, I did a lot of research before deciding to go with VR Racing products. It was the countless testamonies that swayed me into going with him. And honestly, I couldn't be happier with his service and products. That being said, I expect his Stage 5 turbo to perform according to the specifications that he and I discussed in great detail.
About the dyno. We will be using a Mustang dyno because it's a few minutes away from ST's race shop. We will actually use it a few times during the course of this project. So that type of dyno will act as our base-line going forward. There is alot of debate about load vs non, a topic I don't want this thread to go into too. So thanks for the nice words and I'll keep you and everyone posted as things progress.

I just placed my order for the Wasted Spark with John. I "hope" it will be to ST sometime next week. If it is, then we can install it, then drive and datalog/tune. And maybe, just maybe hit the dyno (finally) in about 2 or 4 weeks? We shall see. I am getting very excited and can't wait to see how the new turbo is and the WS. Stay tuned....

Joe: if you're out there, hope you're reading this. Where are you? What's up with that Powerhaus beast of yours pal? Let us all know. I have a feeling you got something up your sleeve. If so, I think I'm going to ask Santa for even more go-fast goodies!
