Default War Paint (Well Vinyl)

Nose of my '89 is a little tattered from track events early in it's lifetime so I decided to seal things up in anticipation of future DE's. I work in the graphics industry and I guess the palette of color choices was just to much for me to resist. Clear was also an option but heck why not live a little.

Not for everyone, somewhere between Turbo Cup race garish and WWII ME109 nose art, I suppose.

How's it play in Peoria, group?

Not at this time. Maybe the whole nose. No desire to be the Cristo of Water Coolers

When I repaint the car one of these days that white will probably be vinyl for better rock protection.

It has gotten pretty chewed up since that pic was taken.

Default endless options

Why not make the vinyl the same as your body color or even clear?

Hmmm, i'm not digging the orange, although it's very warpaint-ish. How about the colors of the german flag - substitute red for orange, black for green?

Um... I typed in "german flag" in google and stole the red for the lower valence right from that image. Thats exactly the color scheme I was going for.

You know what might be cool is to do a replica of the BMW M3 lightweight flag in the german flag colors and put it on a 951.

But that doesn't accomplish the goal of paint/valence protection.
