I'm interested...How do I get in on this?

I'm assuming this should work with my 968...right?

Just post that you want one. I would imagine that the 968 pan is M20x 1.5, but let's wait for someone to cross-reference that.

Thanks Ted for making this official.

So far, I have the following people on the list for one of the plugs:

tedwright
Eric in Chicago
TurboX
Evan70
mwc951
Gator_86_951
Mike S
macnewma
Jason Judd (to be confirmed compatible with 968)

As TurboX said, I am willing to coordinate a group buy on gauge products from www.egauges.com. I will wait for Ted/John D. approval before proceeding with this. Feel free to check their website to see what they have.

The drain plug build-off is independent of the gauge group-buy proposal. I'm working on them now and will have the first set ready for shipping next Monday.

Cheers all !

Ted, you might want to x-post this over the generic 924/44/68 board as it is not a 951-specific item...

I've confirmed that all 924S, 944, 951 and 968 take the same drain plug.

Please add me in for the sensor and the gage. Uhm, where is everyone going to mount the new gage?

What-what-whhhatt!! Thank you Brian! I almost gave up on this project altogether!

I'm in for an oil temp sender drain plug and also an oil temp gauge.

Where do I throw down the cash?

MoeJoe...have you done a search for Lotek Gauge pods?

Also there are a couple stores that selling blanking plates with gauge holes for the cubby area under the radio.

Some people put them in the glove box or in any number of other locations.
