APE Stage II dyno help
Just ran my car at a dyno day today.
212 hp / 217 tq @ 15 psi and running SUPER rich - so rich it's of the scale (<10:1).
I'm planning to get to a new local dyno that's opening up and dpend some quality time with the AFPR and accuboost to get things a little more sane.
I was hoping to find any samples of dyno plots people have from APE stage II runs to see what boost levels and A/F ratios they are tuning too.
I'll post the plot tomorrow, but it's pretty depressing

Three Wheelin'
When I dynoed my car with Autothority Stage II chips and jetted banjo bolt, I got 236 rwhp/244 rwtq. This is with a K26-8 turbo and stock fpr. Boost was hitting 2 bar on the stock gauge and was not logged. Mixture was off the scale (less than 10:1), same as yours. I no longer run those chips.

Here's the dyno from my K26/6 with APE stg 2 chips and 18psi. Relevant mods to the car are 3" exhaust with no cat and lightweight flywheel.
It also went off the scale rich in the midrange. But I wasn't willing to run more boost with these chips.
255rwhp, 300rwtq.

Mine were the same and I am convinced that Autothority made them run rich intentionally to prevent knock and engine damage in the peak torque range. Also 11.5 or so for the peak rpm is not terribly rich and kept the average driver from having to worry about the exact octane rating of the gas.

Coolness. I still need to scan my plot, sorry. Mine goes off the bottom of the A/F chart at about 2500 and never comes back. I'm hoping I can get some power and torque back by bringing it to something sensible.
ninefiveone - do you know what fuel pressure you're running ? Also, what type of boost controller do you have ?
Did you get the extra 35 horses from upping boost or tweaking A/F between runs ?

I guess that the question should really be is there a limit to how much a piggy back fuel computer can manipulate a signal.
Or is it infinite? Infinite being fool the computer into turning the injectors off. Or zero fuel supplied for a given condition? Does that make sense?

Wow A/F is flat and consistent.
What do you have done to you car Lart?
OT
What time is the rennlist server set too? It is currently 11:00 in the Right coast of NA.
