Default New VM batch

Finally I got enough chunks of time on my hand to complete another batch of Vacuum Manifolds. The low stock and most popular item was the 5-port conversion, so I started on those, but unfortunately forgot to make more of the others as well. So as the picture suggests my inventory is now:
5-port single banjo bolt VM: 27
4-port single banjo bolt VM: 2
5-port dual banjo bolt VM: 1

And the price still is $35 with $3, $5 and $8 S&H to US, Canada and ROW respectively.

Just contact me via PM if you want one.

The original monstrous VM thread is here with lots of technical information, but even more chit-chat to sift through.

Laust

PS Maybe this is a good occasion to finally use the avatar I got from Testa. So if this avatar is shown, then I have VM’s for sale.

I am in for a 5 port single banjo VM.

I just want to clarify, the vacuum lines that lindsey racing sells will fit over those ports correct? I've not been able to fit my lindsey lines over the stock intercooler pipe banjo fitting and these look the same size.

Laust, do you have any of the test fittings or boost line vacuum T's?

This picture should answer the questions.

The LR vacuum lines fit very well, assuming they have not significantly changed the dimensions, which for the samples I have are OD: ~ 0.365” (~9.3 mm) and ID: ~ 0.160” (~4.1 mm).

I have 6 each of “brake T’s” and “test fittings”. A dual banjo bolt VM requires two test fittings, one of which needs to be capped. The price is still $8 and the S&H price is the same as for the VM. The S&H price does not change if you need more than one part in one shipment.

And just to re-iterate: The test fittings are for easy simultaneous testing of the vacuum system without disconnecting any hoses. Just dismount the VM, stick the banjo bolt through the VM and DME banjo fitting with the original seal rings in their proper places, screw the test fitting on the threaded end of the banjo bolt and then connect and test with a (handheld) vacuum pump.

The later cars were not quipped with “brake T’s”.

Hi Laust, I sent you a PM for a 4 port if any left, otherwise a 5 port w/single banjo is great.

All PMs answered

Someone in the past suggested adding a signature and serialize these Vacuum Manifolds. To me it seems a bit silly, but I don’t mind playing part of the “game” by serializing them. So I looked at my old records and assigned a serial number to each of the ones already sold (serialized in the sequence sold, not manufactured).
As seen in the picture I also stamped a number in a new VM.

So for those just purchasing a VM, let me know if you want yours serialized as shown.

And for those VM owners, who for some reason want to know their assigned serial #, just PM me and I’ll let you know.

The effort on my part is probably 10-min set-up time and 1/2-min stamping time.
