I bought a heavy wall 5/32" vac line from Kragen. It fits all of the barbs well without clamps, I even muscled it on the Accuboost barbs which are pretty big. The loosest ones are the thermo valve ears but they have stayed put so far.

Kuhl,
You used vacuum hose from the accuboost to WG too? I was thinking about doing it with some stiff silicone stuff from bnoostcontrollers, but I'm not sure if it will collapse.

I ran a straight barb from the existing lower wastegate hose near the rear of the motor and then ran the smaller hose to the Accuboost. The wall thickness on the vac hose I bought was 3/16" I'm sure it can handle both vac and boost pressure without issue. I used my vac pump and pulled 29 hg and then the compressor to 40 psi with no collapse or bulging. Trust me, the silicon hose I've seen feels kind of wimpy plus I'm not into all that colored stuff. It's like waving a red cape at the Smog Tech. Stealth Bro!

you just need one. i just redid my vac lines (if you didnt notice when you saw the car of evil) and deleted my CV and venturi. i'd be more than happy to jump along while you do your vac lines. very simple job. course to knock out the CV youll need a MBC or equivalent. i got the LR MBC, i like it a lot.

Sam, since your PM box apparently is "disabled" here is my PayPal address: laust@earthlink.net

With this I should be up to date on responses and parts sent.
I still have more

Laust
