Anyone know a good place to buy a SET of 951 sport seats? I want to get a pair for my car. I could get a set of really beat seats and recover them in leather? Or a nice set that doesn't need recovered. In black.

You'll find that virtually all of them, except the original turbo S seats, are in black. They can ofcourse be recovered. Put an add in the parts wanted, and pay attention to the classifieds. You will find them. BTW they weigh MORE than the stock seats. Roughly 25 lbs. Good luck. Also, shipping is outragious, even at the best price. Expect 150.00 to 200.00.

Just watch the classifieds and parting threads and be ready to jump when you see some. Thats what I had to do, I was lucky enough to find some locally so I didnt have to mess with shipping to Canada.

There's a real nice set just posted in the "member to member" classifieds. They are from a 55K mile '93 RS America. $900, pics posted and they are damn nice.

Jturbo,
Welcome to Rennlist. You'll find that this is the best source of information, assistance, parts, and community on the web for Porsches (especially the Classics like the 924/944 series/968. I hope you'll make yourself at home and get to know some of the users and learn what a great resource this is.
That being said, there are some features of the site that are member only inclusive of a seperate classifieds listing. Some people feel more secure dealing with other members. I hope you understand.

Sorry jturbo,
I can only assume John D has his reasons for setting up "member to member" areas. It is not for me to question or challenge his logic for doing so. Just step up & join. The volumes of info here is invaluable.
