1.3 Bar = how much boost pressure
I am curious as to what my boost gauge is reading in lbs. I will be replacing it but I was curious.

If my boost gauge is correct or real close to it am I running with in safe measurements? I have installed the Lyndesy Boost Enhancer and a 3" exhaust. Better boost gauge is going to be ordered

Thats how to adjust the LBE. Youll wanna read that SEVERAL times till youre clear (and ask questions if you want).
The stock boost gauge is a tad odd, it reads absolute pressure. When it reads "1" thats atmospheric pressure, so no boost or vaccum. Anything higher than that is actual boost. When the gauge reads "2" you are making one bar of boost or 14.5 PSI. Right now youre making .3 bar of boost, or 4-5PSI.... Which isnt correct at all.

I think that we need to clarify here...many discussions on this.
You are really not getting "boost"(positive pressure) until after 1 bar on the stock meter. At sea level stock BAR is 1, once you start the engine a vacuum is formed. So when you get on the "boost" though you are pushing more air in, most people on the board do not measure boost until after you have 1 BAR on the stock meter. Positive pressure.
Hopefully this helps more than it confuses.
