Does anyone know where to get the seals w/o the pistons? Seems to be about $200 per caliper with pistons.
I am looking for the '89 944T.
Thanks

There was a guy (Michael Wachholz, of Prospeed Motorsports) who had seal kits. Unfortunately, I don't think he carries them any more. You may google for his company and see if he has any left.
Other than that I think your only option is the full rebuild kit from Porsche, which includes the pistons.

JPhillips. The seals only come with the ceramic pistons made by Brembo and only supplied by Porsche. If you want , e-mail me(sales@europartsetc.com), and I will let you know, how much they are for your 89 951 Tomorow, when I'm in the office.

Post or e-mail me a pic of a piston and its surrounding seal on the caliper. I'll then be able to answer you for sure on price. I know they're readily available, it'll either be around $60 or about $100 for the caliper set (4 pistons) depending on the seal type yours have.

The seals are available from www.truechoice.com. Go to On-line store and type BREMBO in vendor window.

Or just call Paragon, they sent me a set last week for my 89S calipers.
I'll look up how much I paid if you'd like, but it seemed pretty reasonable to me.

Curiousity got the best of me, so I looked it up.
4 44mm bore seals @ 7.95 ea = 31.80
4 36mm bore seals @ 7.95 ea = 31.80
4 44mm dust boots @ 4.95 ea = 19.80
4 36mm dust boots @ 4.95 ea = 19.80
Total cost is just a shade above $100, and I got great service from Chuck.![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

I'm rebuilding the calipers that came off my 951S to go on my 944S.
HERE
The parts from Porsche for full rebuild for front and rear calipers came to £650 ($1100) - trade price
Invoice
I think the parts must be made of that rare and expensive element 'Porscegold', similar to fools gold, but much more expensive
Rick.
