We can blame Excel for this... the spring pressure ended up being just over .85 bar, so the ones that are a little over, Excel puts another point above the line, I never hit .9 bar. Full boost was hit at 3,000 and the points above are the small increase .01 bar that Excel made a new point for. Anyways, the 1.3 bar runs show a similar line and have 1 bar at 3,200. Dont have those handy though.

Just because the a/r is 60, doesn't mean that the trim is also 60 (hence T04E 60 trim), the trim determins the compressor fans, a/r is the compressor housing
John, you really know your way around turbo's

The dyno on the site is for the "old" stage 3 and no quick spool. So far I had 2 guys dyno the new Stage 3 and both reported over 400rwhp (all charts are at the wheels).

The boost levels I quoted are with MBC and dual port WG.
Eyal951, Reading your signature does not tell me any details on the components you have. SpecialTool as well as another person (wishes not to be named - a racer ), both got over 400rwhp... Assuming the parts you have on your car are as good as the stock parts, then yes you can make the 400rwhp.
400rwhp and 24-psi are not suited for the street, not enough traction...

NZ - remember, we tell the TRUTH about boost levels... 24 psi for over 400 RWHP, all STOCK parts except cam.
There are a couple of MAJOR bull****ters on this forum about boost levels (not YOU, not EMW)
And let me remind you guys again - my AFR stays EXACTLY THE SAME, whether 15 psi, or 28 psi with ZERO changes other than boost **** - such is the expertise involved in the transfer function of my MAF chips.

When using a dual port WG you should be using a "bleeder" type MBC not a "ball & spring" type.. The theory behind it is that you want the signal from the MBC (after bleeding it) to reach the WG ASAP to help the spring in keeping the WG shut.
Single port WG you want the opposite. You want to keep the signal away from the WG as it's working against the spring...

Understood Fast but which is faster ?
I use to use that Black **** with
standard wastegate but now I've a Tial
wastegate. If MBC in dual port mode is
faster, I'll go get to the beeder valve
set-up.
Thanks
