Default So-Cal; Wrenching meet this weekend.

Hey everyone,
Danno has my head finished and were planning on getting it back together, as well as installing my wideband either saturday or sunday of this weekend. I'd like to invite anyone to come help, watch, learn etc. We'll be putting on the modded head and wideband, and if theres extra people that want seperate jobs, i have lots of things to do!

I'm interested -- I need to remove the wideband from Bjorn(rhesus)'s old car, I wouldn't mind having a car around to compare wirings with.

You have to ask? Hell yea I'll be there. I need to do an oil change / gear oil change on the 951 anyway so I guess we can add that to the list. . .

You going on that drive next weekend? I'm considering it.

Joseph, if you're going to be there and you still want that 951 rear valence let me know. . . I'll trade it for your 968 engine

Glad you'll be here, you get oil or tranny fluid on my driveway, and you hand over that 3.0 block your bidding on!

I think Danno mentioned it - Norcal pizza run I think. If he can do it from Santa Barbara, I guess it isn't THAT much further. . .

Yea, you can have a 968 engine in exchange for your car -- hold on, is it moving now?

If you bring a rear valance, I'll bring a 931 header panel. And beer (gotta have beer for a wrenching gtg)

BTW, can we do this meet on Sunday? I've got a frigging conference on Saturday -- who the heck schedules work related event on a Saturday

So do we have a reasonable place to get together w/o pissing off anyone's neighbors?

Well, If we stay civil, then yes. Nothing agaisnt wrenching on a car... as long as the homeowners association doesn't drive by in their little minivan
Beer is necassary. Hopefully we can do it on Sunday, but it really depends on when Danno can make it down.

Homeowner's association? If there's any group ever put together in the history of planet Earth that's expert at disabling vehicles, it's us. I think taking a simple minivan out of commission would be no problem.
