Hey Josh, check this thing out....

If only it was half way across the country and not COMPLETELY across the country, I know it would be all yours...![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

I don't believe the seller knows how to take the Craigslist posting down and am sure he is getting 100's of emails about it. I was the first of 50 people that emailed him the day he posted it.
I've already swapped the master / slave cylinders and got it back on the road. So, $200 in parts and 12 hours of me working through the repairs, got me a $2800 pearl white 951.
I wasn't able to bleed the clutch completely of air so still working on that. Just enough to get the clutch functional again.
Although the interior / exterior are fairly clean as it was garaged, I could tell the car has had minimal maintenance performed over the years while I was working on it. I am sure the timing belt needs to be done and the power steering is leaking / belt flopping around so those two items are next on my list.

And, I figured out the clutch bleed issue so all is working now with that.
Once I have time to take some quality shots I'll post them up!

New to the forum, but I've had my Pearl 83' 944 (black interior) for almost a year now. Been using the forum for a while now for tips Was actually considering redoing it in full black.[IMG]

Takavor23,
Nice looking early car. I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure they didn't produce pearl white from the factory in '83. The experts will need to chime in. Also, several factors lead me to believe your car has been painted at least once. Your car has side and rear skirts which were not there from the factory. The way they were attached/blended points to the car having been painted, in addition to the fact that your 944 emblem on the back has been removed and replaced at some point.
To find out definitively, look at the paint code on your car? You can find it in the trunk area, behind the carpet.
