hey guys, my vented nose panel flew away on the highway while doing 140mph, feels like crap . anyway, if anyone have one for sale new or used at good price i will take it. please if you are going to ask what they sell for new just dont bother. thanks a lot

Last time this happened someone assumed it didn't need to be bolted down, LOL. What happed to yours?

well i dont know what happened, it simply couldnt hold at that speed. or may be it wasnt bolted right. so anyone got an extra one, its funny cause last week there was one on pelican brand new for 100$ and i almost bought it for my other 951, but its already sold now. i should of bought it . also, all you gys withthe vented panels, make sure its really tight you dont want this happening to you

Does the vented nose cause an awkward pressure that would make it come off like that? Has anyone had a stock nose panel come off?

I've heard of only one that wasn't bolted on coming off. If it's bolted on properly, it will not come off, stock or vented.

If it's not bolted on, it will try to come off. If you have the end bolts installed and screws attached to the top of the radiator support, then it should stay put.
