One of mine is out on my 951 and I went to a local parts house and they looked it up and said it is an H3 100 watt bulb. Is that correct? the 100 watt thing seems wrong to me. If this is wrong what is the right one?

Actually, the correct bulb for BOTH the fog and driving lights, if you have the Euro version, is supposed to be a 55 watt H3. 100w is illegal for road most everywhere they have lighting laws.
The stock fog wiring would have a better chance holding up with 100w than the headlights because the fogs have a relay. But you would lose a ton of voltage and potential light as well as risk melting the wiring on the stock system.

In the 928, a 100 watt bulb will burn the reflector and crack the glass. I would not try it in the 951 either. The wiring is not up to it anyway.
