David,
Those came out great Do you recall of your sheet metal guy has the adjustable width dies or are they fixed at certain incremental sizes? I must be old school but louvers were always cool and still look great to me. In this case I think they will serve a good purpose also in keeping down under hood temps. The only other option is the side discharge that work even better but are bitch to do because of the curves.

because at 80 mph it is EXACTLY as useful as the wing on that Honduh!

I think the english word is flocked.

That looks more like an alcantara re-trim though, sweet!
