Those came out great Do you recall of your sheet metal guy has the adjustable width dies or are they fixed at certain incremental sizes? I must be old school but louvers were always cool and still look great to me. In this case I think they will serve a good purpose also in keeping down under hood temps. The only other option is the side discharge that work even better but are bitch to do because of the curves.
