Three Wheelin'
Bruce/Cyberpunky - Good looking 952 there. The 3rd shot is definately something different. I like the sinister red glow outline.
On a more random note, I remember reading a post on KewlHunter a good while back about a 1986 944 Turbo but didn't realise until now that it was yours (the wheels gave it away). Was a good read.

Most recent pic of the engine in the 951... just working at her a bit at a time. Injectors are sent off to Accurate Injector Service in Lake Havasu City, AZ at the moment, so once again she's taken apart and not running. Once those are back in, going to test the wastegate and pressure test the system. Spark plugs look good, but I'll be compression testing the engine soon.
We ordered a FPR from partsgeek (never again...), and it didn't have the hard plastic O shaped ring with it, and when we installed it the KLR went into over boost protection. We put the old (and slightly leaking it seems) FPR on, and low and behold no more over boost protection. Pressures were within 0.1 - 0.2 bar of given ranges for fuel pressure (2.6 circuit jumped/2.4 idling/1.3 20 min leakdown) with the old FPR (and it's slight leak into the vacuum side of the diaphragm). We are sending back the FPR to partsgeek, and when we get refunded we will likely buy another, as we don't like fuel in our vacuum system (and found out the silicone hose gets eaten up by it!!).
Debating removing the fuel vapor purge system since it's cheap, and it will clean up the engine bay a bit. We don't have emissions here, and I'm pretty sure the 20+ year old canister is full. Someone in the PO history welded the nose panel to the bumper (yea... sucks) and so I guess I'm not going to clean out the intercooler and get a vented nose panel just yet. May be I'll use that money on a rouge or vitesse chip. Still waiting to hear from autothority about purchasing one of their 3 or 4in maf housings. The 5in one we have is just too much for the space, and it looks lame.
The rebuild continues!!!

Sorry KaiKai951,
yep the splitter is a D9. I believe one of Markus' first batches. I kinda owe him this pic a long time ago. Very nice product.
You can install it leaving the batwing since it does not substitute it. Right now I have it with the original batwing screws but I want to install it a little more solid than that.
