Default I bought new rims- they gonna fit?

Got a good deal, so I jumped on it. They are from a 1981 930... I dont know the offset. Speedline 3 piece rims- . Fronts are 235/40/18 rears are 255/35/18, thats all the info I have.

Will they fit my 87 951? If not, what will it take?

You need to find the offset, that's the crucial measurement.

Unless these are late offset wheels that had a spacer on the 930, they won't fit. You can put a spacer on an early offset hub to fit late offset wheels, but it does not work the other way around.

If those are real Speedline's they should be late offset. I don't think that wheel is available in the early 23mm offset. That said, if they don't work out, check your PM's!

Only if it moves the wheels inwards towards the car (-) if it pushess the wheels further out (+) and still clears the arches you have a better handling car - wider track.
