Default Zeitronix logging

Anyone with a zeitronix logging maf/map INSTEAD of tps?

I wired one into a buddies car... TPS is useful in the tuning process.

On a side note, anyone having EGT problems or weird cutouts at higher RPMs? Cutouts of the Zeitronix, or EGT not working.

Thanks Shaheed. So John was crossing the smt6 load map with rev map from the zeitronix to find the proper cells?

exactly, it was *very* useful, we knew exactly which rpm range needed to be adjusted and could do so quickly with the smt6.

I just dialed out a very slight lean stumble from my cam at 3k revs in about 2 miles - just by watching the tracer. Laughed my *** off.

I knew you could do it!! email me the specs on your cam, it sounds interesting!

I like the Zeitronix software, with the help of Shaheed, it was a VERY simple process. I have a LM1 unit, but for fast live tuning I think the Zetronix is much simpler/quicker to use... Of course you can always log the Wideband signal in the SMT6, but not as granular as the Zeitronix siftware...

Shaheed, let me know when you want to get together to complete your boost setup...

theedge: a U2 fan? My zitronix EGT works great! Have noe problem at all at any rpm. Very useful to have!

Agree with John that zeitronix is a very easy, cheap and nice products! Easy to tun/log with all the stuff, boost, rpm, lambda, tps and EGT.

Shaheed, make sure you have the drop links facing the correct way front to back. It sounds dumb but I made this mistake once, even after having done the job several times before.
