Default Sweet, Sweet cup rims

Hey guys i think i finally decided what to get for rims/wheels

17x7.5 maglia cup 1 rims with 225/45/17 falken ze-512 tires

17x9 maglia cup 1 rims with 255/40/17 falken ze-512 tires

will this work with the car being lowered 1.5" in the front? Its Koni's and weltmiester springs in the front and koni's and torsion bars in the back

SO WHATCHA THINK

The year matters cus if it is 87 or later then you can get the original Cups without running spacers. Really the only reason to get miglia cups is if your car is an 86 and then you dont have to run spacers! Good luck Mark

Thumbs up Mille Miglia

I will add my two-cents on this topic as I have the Mille Miglia wheels on my '86 turbo. They are a bit on the heavy side, but they look awesome and don't seem to slow my car down much. They are unique, and will set your car apart from the others. I run the Falken Azenis on 17x7.5 front with 225/45 and 17x9 rear with 245/40. As you can see (attached photo), the front of my car is on the low side. My gf has an '87 N/A with the same wheels and her car is lower than mine (no troubles). Both of us have swapped out our stock torsion bars and enjoy them on track and at auto-x events.

Nice choice!

I have had both and the OEM are a lot lighter, the Miglias made the steering feel heavy and slow, especially at speed.

I've got the Miglias on my 86 951. They came with the car when I bought it. I can't say that I have any complaints at all. The car sticks to the road and the extra tread on back keeps me from losing second gear traction. Still, I plan on replacing them with a set of originals whenever my tires wear out. The cups look good but I tend to be a semi-purist concerning mods. Eventually, I'll be looking for a trade. BTW, my current wheels have the late offset.
