Default best place to rebuild turbo?

I just bought a "supposed" newly rebuild K26/8 but they shurely have forget to put seals in it!!! So I need a good place for a rebuild. If possible in Canada... but US could do. I saw few upgrade that were possible like a "fast spool" option??? is it worth the price?

Give me a call. I have a place here in Quebec, who can do the work for a reasonable price, depending on what the turbo actually needs

I have had a K26/6 and a t60-1 super rebuilt by these guys......reasonable prices and the turbos came back looking brand new.

Majestic Turbo in Waco, TX (of all places). Just got my K26 back today. New compressor turnine, seals, bearings. Looks brand new. They can also do all sorts of mods and customization very reasonably.

Check out "Evergreen Turbo", Charlie Brown, (800) 275-2531, evergreenturbo@aol.com as well.

Since you're in Canada, how could you miss Markus, at "Blaszak Performance," in Ontario.
Great reputation for excellent work.

I knew about Majectic and I'll send it there if I can't find another place in Canada. Many place do rebuild but don't balance the shaft (no good). I'll check for Blaszak. I head an other name Bramall ? anyone have heard of them?

Anyone have try the fast spool option?

Bramall is fantastic... They were the only ppl who were able to put a turbo that would stay together in our old 930. After several "special" turbos from some of the well known names in the industry sent us their best we had Bramall build a custom turbo that as far as I know is still in the car 10 years later!

As far as I know no one is better (but some may be as good).

Look at http://www.turbo-performance.com/index.htm
or Call (818) 994-7087

They charge 550 to 600 to convert a k26/6 to k27/6 or a k26/8 to k27/8. They also do stock rebuilds. I had my best stock rebuild quote from Majestic. 285$ i think it was.
