I've wrapped my entire turbo, downpipe and x-pipe. Now I notice that very few others do the compressor in addition to the turbine. Should the compressor be left unwrapped to allow heat dissipation and radiation or not?

I did not wrap or ceramic coat my compressor housing, can't say for sure which is best way.

I wrap the hot side but not the cold. I just follow what expert have done... don't know if it's good because a SOAB sold me a bad turbo "W/%EW$? and I can't try it for few weeks. It's maybe because there is no gain in wrapping the cold side?
