This was once an alternator question, but now I'm asking about the turbo bolt sizes. TIA Mike

What David said. I took mine out two weeks ago and there was only two. I put a large screw driver between the alternator and the engine where the top bolt goes and wiggled it back and forth to get the alternator out. It's a pretty tight fit.

I got it. Used a lil pressure from a crow bar to slide it off those hinges at the top. Finally got the stock k26er off today as well. I'll post some comparison pics tomorrow off my buddies digital camera. Man, taking off that alternator helped a ton. Ended up stripping both the allen head bolts, so I said F*ck it and busted out the drill. Took care of those stubborn things real quick. Now, I'm going to want to use new hardware with this turb install, so what bolt sizes are required. I want new turbo to downpipe and turbo to crossover pipe studs and nuts. Also, I'd like new intake manifold bolts, even though I didnt strip any. Any help would be nice. TIA Mike
