Unhappy broke the plastic cap on bottom of injector, is it repairable?

Not worth the effort. Just replace it. Get the Rennbay kit from Travis. Then you'll have nice new o-rings too.

k, well I ordered new o-rings, but now I need one injector I guess. Thanks for the post.

He means replace the plastic cap, not the entire injector.

If you ordered the ordinary o-ring-package the plastic caps are included!
No need to replace the injector

Yeah they are a bit different, but nothing to worry about though.

Hey. They are called pintle caps and you can get the whole injector reseal kit at Napa for about $4. Finally, a part for our cars that you can get spur of the moment for no money and at a local store. I guess it is time to replace those injectors with something exotic to solve this (hassle-free) maintenance problem. I recommend some inconel or yitrium carbide injectors manufactured on the moon!
