Talking New turbo!

Well the motor is just about ready to go in. I decided now is the best time to upgrade the turbo... I can't wait to get this thing on the road again. It's been a year now since I've driven it!

Put the downpipe on before you install the engine or take the turbo off.

Good point, I would suggest installing the complete front exhaust (headers, crossover, downpipe) before dropping the engine in the car, much much easier that way.

Yeah, I hope this works well with my 2.5. I have conflicting reports here so I'm just going to give it a try. If it doens't work out, we'll go to a yet to be determined plan B.

Waiting for some new studs before putting the downpipe on. A couple of other little things to do before it goes in.... like get my 944 back to the shop where the motor is! ;-) Hopefully I will tow it up there tomorrow.

It's a Garrett Hybrid of some sort w/ a KKK center housing. Ball bearing and ceramic coated. .56 trim. I think. My mechanic assures me I'm going to love it.
