Do a Query on Optima, They are not what they used to be.. The quality has severely suffered...I had one.. Will never buy one again. If you want a deal, look up a interstate battery warehouse. Go there and ask for a "Blem" They are $30 with no warranty but for $30 bucks who cares.. I am guilty on not putting trickle chargers on my cars / Trucks So I go there quite often... :-)

Optima Battery's are just crap these day's?? They are no longer what they used to be?? I was buying the original's, back in the day and they lasted year's after they were supposed to expire. These day's they seem to be good for a year or two ...maybe??

But hey Scott sum's them up best.::

I believe the best battery out there right now is interstate batteries. They have the best lead plate design with there honeycomb lead plates which create more surface area for the sulfuric acid to react with than any other battery out there.

Interstate are the best for your daily driver. They have the most accurate CCA and CA requirements and meet much higher durability standards for weather and abuse and also have the closest to OEM fitment. Costco, walmart, AAA, Autozone.. etc... are all re-manufactured crap and will last between 1 - 3 years. To each their own as always. I am using a Braille racing battery with a cut-off switch for my track car.

Costco has a 42month warranty so for $80 I can’t complain
