All good on my end for everyone that wants it. I will keep things posted and as stated earlier I will cover the cost of making these and only when they are finished will I PM people to buy a finished product. I am not going to do any sort of group buy thing because I am keeping the cost down right from the start as the 16V piece belongs to Michael Mount that will hopefully be utilized to make the piece.
Fidelity Machine & Mould can 3d scan the prototype piece to create it. For those interested and curious check out their web site.

OK, I actually have two options. The latest manifold I did was for AT Power (UK) oval throttles. They were rather pricey, but very nice quality. Those are the ones I have in-house, 3D printed. They're lower overall and should fit under a stock hood.
The second option is a manifold I've used for years. It's got a Weber DCOE bolt pattern so carbs can be used (they work great) or FI throttles with the Weber DCOE pattern. Lots of folks make these: TWM, Jenvey (I thought rather cheesy), Kinsler, etc. I sold my last one of this type, but it may be available for loan if it can be scanned soon.
Sizing?
2.5 48mm
2.8 50mm
3.0+ 55mm
I suppose there needs to be an agreement on which manifold is built. Neither manifold can accommodate both styles.

Can someone put together a list of items to create a 16v ITB kit using these stubs? From throttle bodies to fuel rail to TPS etc.
I’m sure it’ll be pricey, but if the quality and performance is there, I’d be ok with that.

the point of this thread was just to get those stubs for people not wanting a full ITB kit or a full manifold.
the ITB kits are available for those who want them from Hayward performance, IIRC. but they will only sell a full kit.
Lindsey probably has it worked out too, even if not listed on the site.

Intake stubs
Dropped off Michael Mount’s 16V intake stubs yesterday.
They are being created as we speak using 6061 to start with
We are going to attempt a few different versions.
The inside of the intake runners are going to vary from set to set to test the performance to help maintain proper air fuel mixture and avoid wetting of fuel on the surface
Pretty freakin awesome what we can do at the shop.
I am also creating modular pieces to transition from the piece Michael sent into a round ellipse bellmouth for a single throttle body plenum for people that don’t want ITB’s
I will post pics of the ellipse bellmouth when the first piece is done.
It’s very easy to tweak the bellmouth design as required but the current version is for a 2V head using a 45mm port entry.

I've been experimenting with 3D printing filaments that mix carbon fiber into nylon. It's super strong and heat resistant. Not mine, but see example in link below. If anyone has a model, I'd be happy to try printing one... If it worked, the cost would be peanuts...

I like the idea of the carbon fiber nylon units those would hold up well to fuel and heat as well as being great heat dissipating! How’s progress going any updates? Merry Christmas Guys 🎁
