Crush it in on itself at the lip that hangs over then pull it out with pliers.

5 minutes each.

Understood.

I only take one out that way each arm, then I use a bushing driver of appropriate size with handle and drive the other out.

Helps to heat arm with a heat gun.

And the key words being "Heat Gun" much better than an open flame

Having been a fire fighter for 15 years for my first career you quickly see that most people should not play with open flames
