I'm glad you think so, it idles fine.
Everyone said it wouldn't idle, but I decided to try them anyways, cause I got them cheap barely used. They idle like stock.

That is surprising, very surprising. I have emailed you the file. I hope you get some use from it, 8 freaking hours! The knock it only set up very cruedly. We basically tuned the knock out of the values, so I should not get any, the base knock value could be lower, as could the increments too.

Hrmmm, For some reason I cannot open it.
Is there a separate program for the Link 2, because as far as I know I have the one for the Link 1. If there is, and I can download it somewhere, then I could just manually enter the values.
If not, maybe there is a way you can convert it to a wordpad file. Then I can just manually enter the values that way as well.

No, they are the same. I am testing some new software, so maybe thats the issue. I will see if I can use the current version and get that file to you

I got 315 RWHP at 1 bar (din corrected) . I think it would be more for SAE corrected. I got the boost hold function working and now you get a real kick in the ***. Cant wait for the 60-1 hifi!

Wow! Those are good numbers on that turbo. Are you confident the dyno was recording good numbers? If so, you have a great result. I suppose it goes to show that with a EFI system you can tune, results are there. for years we could never acheive them due to the limitations of the stock EFI system and all the "piggy backs, etc" I wonder what more air would do! Just think about the new Cams and Head work now available. What can we expect then. Its time one of these engines was dyno'ed on an engine dyno, then put into a chassis and redyno'ed. Then we could really tell the loss, and exactly how much these upgrades really make.
Great work, and great results. Man, life is good!

The guy has dynoed many 100's of cars, race prepared etc. so he was confident. I was 259 before the dyno, and 315 after. He sat there with a laptop tuning numbers looking at the WBO2 and HP curves. It was a beautiful thing. My injectors were gone burgers though. I have had some engine work done so the flow was a little better than stock. I think the flexibility of the Link had a lot to do with it, settin gthe boost up properly made such a huge difference to the car, especially setting the hold function in relation the base. I will dyno it again after new injectors and a Tial I think. Will be interesting then. May hold off on the turbo till after that?

Walter from Link NZ (the home of Link) came down for a moment, it was good of him, all was in order so he did no have to do much. Anyone else dyno tuned a link?

Yes me. Well sort of, Link USA /Performance Developments dyno tuned my 930 with the Link 2 system on it. It to gave great results. I know they really happy to see you get these results. They spent huge amounts of time getting the Triggering worked out. Now the results show.
The parts are now becoming avialable. We all now have better choices of suppliers and parts. The Link system is made so easy to use. It comes with a terminated harness, ECU and Igniter. Plug and Play. I think it takes around 4 hours to install. The biggest job is removing the Intake and laying the harness below. I saew it installed on a Black 944T at PD a while ago. I think it was their test car.
Now that the dyno proves its worth, what about a group buy? Should I ask? Who's in. I'm still going to beat this drum, but I understand Travis is now in charge of all PD/Link 944 parts and sales.
