Out of the Rennlist Closet!
Hello guys!
I've been silently lurking the Rennlist e-mail lists and boards for a while, and it was just a matter of time before I "outed" myself! Not that there's anything wrong with that!! I figured it was a good time to introduce myself, inasmuch as I will probably be hitting this board for information/guidance/opinions in the very near future, due to an imminent engine extraction/rebuild I will be tackling mostly on my own. In the process, I plan to convert the car to 2.8 liters. I am beginning to collect the most critica parts (ie connecting rods, crankshaft, and pistons).
A retro-active thanks for all the insightful discussions, and sharp humor I've enjoyed to date!

Funny, I spent some 3 months reading this forum before my first post. I partly felt guilty about starting a thread b/c I could always find answers searching thru past posts.
I suppose I should second chilibluepepper with a big thank you to the guys like Perry, Tony, and Danno that have answered hundreds of my questions without knowing it.
